Q: What days are you available?

Answer: My availability is Monday to Friday 9.00 am- 5pm (AEST) (GMT+10) (12-1pm is my break)

If you need to contact me when I am not available, you can still send me an email and I'll get back to you ASAP.


Q: What are your rates?

Answer: Please click on one of the links below, according to the service you would like me to provide for you and refer to the "Commission Rates" heading.


Q: How do I commission you?

Answer: For commissions

  • I ONLY accept commissions through my PayPal (I must create an invoice before you can commission me for tax reasons)

  • I accept payments ONLY in AUD Currency (Clients within Australia) or USD Currency (Clients Outside Australia)

  • All Payments are final (No refunds)


Q: When will I receive your work?

Answer: Before I start my work, make sure you are clear about the deadline of your Project in the beginning, so I can ensure I deliver my finished or Works In Progress to you before the deadline.


Q: Will I be refunded if I decide to drop or move on to a different project?

Answer: Sorry, I do NOT issue refunds. All payments are final.


Q: Can I use the work I give you for commercial purposes other than the internet?(radio, television, etc.)

Answer: Unfortunately, no. My work is ONLY to be used online for privacy reasons (unless you have commissioned me and your Project is an original animated television/streaming service series) but for radio or network television, I do NOT give permission to use my work)

If you need someone to create work for those commercial purposes, I would suggest looking for another freelancer.
